Things, and especially people, are filled with the Creator and life is an encounter with God.
Jesus said, “Fortunate are those with a clean heart because they will
see God.” Things, and especially people, are filled with the
Creator and life is an encounter with God. This is the spiritual
dimension of life. He who opens his eyes to appreciate things and
discover the value of people knows that he does not walk alone. He who
gives you strength for the next step, who accompanies you on the paths
is the same one who one day called on Santiago [St. James] to be a
fisher of men. The Christian experience wants to find God in life, to
discover that God is in all human endeavors. We live out faith and love
in our daily lives. We have to assert that love also works in the
street, at work, and in culture, politics, our relationships and
friendships. We cannot separate faith from life. But the special place
to feel the divine presence is in your own heart. If you go within
yourself, you will feel that He lives within you, that you can talk
with Him.
